One of my main specialties is around hormonal symptoms, which includes menopause, andropause and PMT. Holistic and Complementary Therapies are useful in helping to alleviate the symptoms from some of these hormonal changes. They also aid in the healing of many other physical and emotional conditions and can help to boost the immune system.

I am professionally trained with a BSc in Complementary Medicine awarded with Honours, and have also completed several college courses in the field.
At Amberlily, I offer a range of complementary therapies including Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy and Facial Massage. Alongside these, I also offer pamper packages for a more relaxed experience, perfect for special occasions or as a gift for loved ones.
